Make people use journey planner

Unfortunately there isn't a way to make people use journey planner in Access Expense at the moment.

The reason is because the journey planner uses Google, which uses LIVE map data. So for example at the time the employee travelled the M6 motorway could have been closed in both directions forcing the user to take a different route home. When they claim the following day (and the motorway is open again) it would put in a different mileage to that travelled by the user, thus you have a calculated and actual mileage.

An approver should be able to see if calculated and actual mileage differ as this is indicated by a tag that says "Distance Modified".
