Changing a users mileage when miles are processed incorrectly

To amend a user's mileage when it is entered incorrectly, you need to use an Expense type that is set up as a Opening balance.

Once you have this done, then enter a mileage claim, using this expense type, and set the mileage as a negative value, for whatever you wish to take away. Example, if 200 miles have been entered incorrectly. Then put -200 miles using the expense type mentioned above, then no values will be assigned in values due to it being a opening balance Expense.
