Expense app receipts saving as blank receipts when using IPhones

The issue of receipts saving as blank receipts when using IPhones is currently being investigated by the development team as a priority.

In the meantime please use the following workaround

  1. Log into Access Expense & create a new claim

  2. Upload the receipt from your camera roll pressing add to claim and not scan receipt

  3. Manually fill out claim form

  4. Submit
