Expense claim not downloaded to accounts

If an Expense claim was not downloaded to accounts then a member of the support team can update the claim to allow it to be extracted a second time within the database, but if it was downloaded to an Access product (Dimensions, Financials, Access Supply Chain) then this second process may cause errors.

In the first instance, please check with the support team for that product to ensure that it does not exist in any of the tables that record expense claims.

If the claim definitely does not exist in the financials product then please raise a new case online and providing details of the claim to be reset.
