Error - 'The page you are looking for doesn't seem to exist - the page may have moved or you may have mistyped the address'

The error 'The page you are looking for doesn't seem to exist' can appear where the link being used is out of date and so in the first instance please access the Access Evo login screen by typing go.accessacloud.com into the browser address field.

If that is unsuccessful, you may need to do the following to resolve the error:

  1. Sign out of Access Evo after closing all the tabs in Access Evo

  2. Clear the cookies and cache on your browser (follow relevant steps based on the Browser you are using)

  3. If you are using a shortcut to access Expense (via Access Evo) then ensure that the link URL corresponds to the one generated by logging into Expense from the Access Evo menu (Nine Dot Square top left hand corner).

Once the above done then you should be able to log back into Expense successfully.
