There are times where the browser is unable to allow Expense to perform as it should, which may cause certain functions or features from working, or possibly prevent the whole application from loading.
Cookies and cache are files created by websites or web-based applications you’ve visited, which helps frequently used sites load faster, giving a quicker browsing experience.
However, these can affect the performance of websites sometimes following any updates from one or more sources - such as the Web Browser Developers, Access for Financials/Workspace, Microsoft Web Updates - preventing any updates from pulling through correctly.
Due to this, we would always recommend clearing the Cookies and Cache frequently to ensure your sites work at the best possible optimised performance.
Note - clearing the cookies and cache may make a page seem load slower for its first instance, but will return to normal as the cookies and cache are created again with the latest information.
Please note that the below instructions are for guidance only - if you need assistance with carrying the bloew out, please refer to your browser help files or internal IT department.

The application may also prevent a user from interacting with certain screens (e.g. if an administrator has chosen to import and approve a large amount of data) and users may find that temporarily they can’t get to the approvals page or the history pages. In which case please wait a couple of minutes and try again.
