In this article we aim to take you through each key feature of your Feed detailing them in the different sections so you can utilise it the best way that suits your business needs.
Essential Prioritisation
AI-powered Essential feature intelligently prioritises your most important items, displaying your top 3 critical tasks whenever you open Feed. This at-a-glance view helps you focus on what matters most, reducing time to action across all your devices.
Deep Links
Each feed item can contain direct links to the relevant part of its originating product. One click takes you exactly where you need to go to view more information or complete tasks.
Notification Badges
Evo Feed alerts you to new items with a badge notification. This badge automatically disappears once you navigate to your Feed, helping you stay on top of new activities.
The badge first appears on the access button.
When you expand the menu, the badge will be shown on the Feed menu.
Filtering by Product
You can easily sort and find relevant notifications using the product filter feature.
Log into your Evo platform just like you do when accessing Access Expense.
On the Evo page, click on the access button at the top left-hand side of your screen.
From the list presented, click on the Feed button.
On the Feed screen, click on the funnel icon at the top right-hand side of the screen to open the filter.
Archiving Items
Archiving allows you to remove individual Feed items from your main Feed and Essential's view, helping maintain a clean and focused space for your task management.
Archiving helps you reduce visual noise and prioritise whatβs important, supporting a task-list style workflow.
To archive a Feed item, you need to open Feed, then on your Essential list, click on the 3 vertical dots to get access to the Archive button. Once you click on Archive the item is removed from the Feed view.
You can access your archive feeds at any time you need to reference previous notifications by clicking on the Archive button at the top right-hand side of the screen.
You can also restore any of your archived items by following the steps on the Restore archived feed section below.
Restore archived feed
Open your Feed, then click on the Archive tab at the top right-hand side of the screen.
Click on the 3 vertical dots within the restored item to gain access to the Restore to Feed button.
