In the first instance check that the Project is set as Active. If it is then refresh its status as below:
Click Project.
Select the required project and click Edit.
Toggle the Status from Active to Completed - answering Yes to confirmation message.
Save the project - answering Yes to the Cost Centre confirmation message.
Select the required project and click Edit.
Toggle the Status from Completed to Active - answering Yes to confirmation message.
Save the project - answering Yes to the Cost Centre confirmation message.
Synchronise the Workspace Data once more.
Where projects are used in Focalpoint, check the status of the project and cost centres are active. Try toggling them to completed and then Active to refresh their status and try the Synchronise process in Dimensions.
