Are there more criteria available for the History exports

The options in All claims history are limited to those visible, but you may be able to use a custom export. These can be set up via System, Custom Exports and allow various fields to be added to exports as required. However, these are limited only to approved claims.

Alternatively, for more detailed reports, Access Insight is a Business Intelligence tool that can be used to interrogate the data based on complex, custom, criteria. This is a separate module and if you would like to discuss it further please contact your CSM or raise via Flex Points
