Fraud Awareness Module

With fraud costing the UK economy billions of pounds every year, fraud awareness continues to be one of the most fundamental skills to learn in business. This course will delve into the definition of fraud on both a legal and a practical basis and examine some of the different forms fraud can take. It will also detail some of the ways in which you can identify the red flags that can point to fraud and begin to consider the next steps.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a piece of European Legislation designed to reflect technological advances and improve data protection that will impact organisations around the world. This module looks at how GDPR affects your organisation and the procedures you’ll need to follow to ensure compliance.

Remote Working Module

Remote working has become increasingly common as organisations recognise the advantages of operating outside of the traditional office based roles, in favour of more flexible options. In this module we look at why people are working remotely and the benefits it can bring for both individuals and organisations. 

Stress Management (Employees)

Work-related stress, anxiety and depression are all recognised medical conditions that could affect anyone. Make your employees aware of the risks and give some helpful tips on how to overcome stress with this course.

At the end of the course, trainees will be able to:

Workstation Setup

In this module, you’ll be cover the importance of assessing your working environment, so you can ensure that you aren’t putting yourself at any risk.

Access LMS - Administrator - Certified

Learn the basics of being an Access LMS Administrator. You’ll be introduced to key Administrator functionality including organising and managing your User accounts, creating and managing content and using the reporting system to pull data from the LMS. You will also learn how to register your Users to content in bulk via a Registration Rule and set automated Email Reminders, two key ways you can automate the day-to-day running of the LMS.

Coronavirus Awareness Module

This module is designed to share information about the symptoms, spread and prevention of the current outbreak of coronavirus. We will explore how to protect yourself and prevent the spread of disease, both in the workplace and beyond.

This course has been created in response to a call for fact-checked awareness material following the outbreak of the novel strain of coronavirus (SARS-Cov-2) and the disease caused by it (COVID-19) in Wuhan, China from December 2019.

By the end of the course, learners should know:

  • Be aware of the nature and the effects of coronavirus and COVID-19.
