Credit Card Imports auto matching to wrong user

If Credit Card Imports are auto matching to the wrong user, then please do the following::

  1. You will need to rename the Credit card name holder and Account Number

  2. Then click expire if you are not using that Credit Card anymore

  3. Then delete the existing Import

  4. Finally, Re-import it

Then it will come through with no one matched on the import.
