If you are getting the error message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object' then please see the following:

The email address field in expense is case sensitive and so it is likely that the email address being imported already exists, but with a letters of a different case. One way to check this would be to export the user list from the Import/Export screen and compare the addresses in excel or similar.

There was also an issue relating to importing users with a single vehicle record. This was fixed in April 2023, but if you find that the import fails with vehicles and works without them then our support team will need to investigate, run scripts or liaise with the hosting or development teams.
