Delete/unsubmit Pending Claims

If you're looking to delete or unsubmit a Pending Claim in Access Expense:

  1. Click History then click Expenses.

  2. Click Unsubmit.

After you have followed these steps, if you go to the original list, the claim now appears as unsubmitted. If you would like to delete on behalf of someone else:

  1. Click Users then select the user or users.

  2. you can either enter individual names or select Enter on behalf of all option to have access to everybody's.

Then you will be able to view the expenses from that user's side and delete following the same process. If the claim was fully approved, you will not be able to delete it under any circumstances, the above only applies if the claim is pending.
