The Vehicle Classes setting in General Options controls which mileage classes are visible. You must be an Expense administrator to access this area. Click General Settings and scroll to the User Vehicles area to change the Vehicle Classes setting.
HMRC Classes: shows only those.
Both:will show both HMRC and Custom Classes.
Custom Classes: will show only those.
