This article aims to take you through step-by-step on how you can download the Access Expense App from either the App Store for an Apple phone or Play Store for Android phones.
In this article we are taking you through the installation for an Apple iPhone, however the concept on how to install and set it up are very similar between them.
Find the Expense App in the App Store
On your Apple phone, find the App Store app and tap on it to open it.
Find the spyglass at the bottom of the screen for searching and type in Access Expense.
Install the Access Expense app to your mobile
Once you have located the Access Expense app, click on the GET button on the right-hand side of your mobile screen.
If you get a confirmation message regarding installing the Access Expense App, click on Confirm or Install.
Note: You might be requested to enter your password for your email that your phone is registered with depending on your phone settings.
As soon as it is installed, click on the Open button on the right-hand side of the screen. Alternatively, if you have left the screen where you were installing the app from, you can find the Access Expense App on your phone by searching for it.
Click on the Access Expense App to open it.
Select the region your organisation is based.
Regions listed are:
UK
Rest f the World OR Asia Pacific
Australia
New Zealand
Once you have selected your region, enter your email address and password.
Note: You will be asked to create a 6 digit PIN number.
Create your 6 digit PIN number.
Note: If you have Biometrics enabled on your phone, you are given the option yo allow Access Expense to use after the first successful login.
