The Expense app has three main sections.
Pending: Expenses you need to submit.
Awaiting Approval: Your expenses that have been submitted and are awaiting approval.
Approve: Transactions you need to approve yourself.
The Expense app does not have the functionality to approve on behalf of others, only yourself.
