Claims are not showing

When entering a expense claim a reason for it to not be showing for a approver to approve is if the original (old) approval route was different to what it would be currently, as expenses always follow the original approval route.

To avoid this happening please ensure that the correct user who is submitting the expense has the correct approval route set up before submitting expense. You can do this via user settings.
