Distance not correct on Journey Planner

Access Expense uses Google Maps' API to retrieve the information. If the mileage changes when entering it into Expense, it could be that due to the time of day/road conditions, Google Maps is choosing a different route.

The best way to double check this is to enter the route into Google Maps when entering the mileage claim in Access Expense; Google Maps will show you the exact route it is choosing.
