Duty of care Expired, expense cannot be approved

If the duty of care has expired, you will need to check the claimants Insurance details using the following process:

  1. Select Settings

  2. Select Users, followed by the user account

  3. Select Edit

  4. Select Insurance Details

  5. Check these details as the error indicates that the insurance number may have expired. These will need to be updated to be current.

  6. Once you have finished, save the record

Any existing claims with the issue might not be resolved (so these will need to be removed and re-entered), but anything created after the changes should now now show this error message.
