You can delete approval routes that are no longer in use.

Go to Settings, then click Approval.

Click the Actions button on the approval route.

1. Go to Settings, then click Approval.
2. Click the Actions button on the approval route.
3. Click Delete.

⚠️ Important: Ensure no users are assigned to the approval route before deleting. If the route is in use, you will see the error: This Approval is currently in use.
