You can create a new Mileage Class using the following steps:
On the left, click Expenses.
On the right, click Settings, Mileage classes.
Click New Class to create a new mileage rate.
Enter a name for the new Mileage Class.
Click Save.
On the right, click Add Mileage Rate.
Click Save.
