Make a mileage class inactive

To make a mileage class inactive:

  1. Click Settings then click Mileage Classes.

  2. Edit the Class then clear the Active checkbox.

  3. Click Save.

If a mileage class is linked with a user's record, the active box appears greyed out. One way to clear this would be to use the Import/Export process.
