Import Projects and Tasks into Access Expense

To import Projects and Tasks into a standalone instance of Access Expense:

  1. From the expense home screen, click the Settings tab.

  2. Click Costing import option.

  3. On the right hand side of the screen, click download both project and task templates.

  4. Fill in the template.

  5. Save the template to a location on your computer.

  6. Next to either the project or task, click Browse.

  7. Browse to and select the template file saved earlier.

  8. On the right, to check the content of the template is correct, click Validate.

  9. Again on the right, to import the projects or tasks into the database, click Import.
