Duty of Care settings are found in mileage expense types. An administrator can update them as follows.
Click Settings, then click Expense Types.
Find the relevant expense type, click Actions, then click Edit.
Select or clear the required option in the Duty of care compulsory records list (halfway down the screen).
Click Save to confirm the changes.
