The Duty of Care settings are found in Mileage Expense Types. An administrator can make a change as follows:
Expand the Settings menu and select Expense Types.
Locate the expense type and Edit it via the Actions button.
Tick or Untick the required option in the Duty of care compulsory records list (half way down the screen).
Save the changes.
