Error - 'Route could not be calculated. Please check and try again' on journey planner

If you are getting the following error - 'route could not be calculated' then please check the following:

  • This may be a temporary issue and so it may be worth trying later.

  • If other users are not affected then please try clearing your browser history before retrying.

  • If the address is a default start location, try clearing that and re-entering it in the user's record
