Mileage Log entries have not reset at year end

The Mileage Log, consisting of Standard Mileage, Business Mileage and Personal Mileage records total mileage rather than their year to date distance.

This is set for an expense type using the Log Business Mileage box. It was originally devised to allow people to keep a track of their mileage for personal use.

The year to date mileage is not visible via the front end, but the rate used in claims will reflect that of the vehicle class to to which it relates based on the thresholds within it.
