Tax, Insurance, and MOT Duty of Care information isn't available

The reason for this is that there is a car associated with the user record.

If this cannot be seen, then it may be necessary to enable the Allow User Vehicle Entry option in the Settings area, which can be done by an Administrator following the below steps:

  1. Click Settings then click General Settings.

  2. Select User Vehicles then select Allow User Vehicle Entry.

  3. Click Save.
