This powerful new Analytics Customer Dashboard within the Evolve Suite brings together customer insights from Access Financials, Business Health, and ProspectCRM modules, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of your customer relationships, credit risk, and sales performance.
The Customer Dashboard consolidates data across multiple Evolve Suite modules to deliver actionable insights about your customer portfolio. Whether you're monitoring credit risk, tracking sales performance, or analysing payment behaviour, everything you need is now available in one centralised location.

Getting Started

To access the Customer Dashboard, please follow the steps below.

  • Navigate to Analytics within your Evolve Suite, then select Dashboards from the main menu and then click on Customer Dashboard.

In the sections below, we will point out to you the key features of the Evolve Suite.

1. Financial Performance & Portfolio Health


This group provides comprehensive visibility into customer spending patterns, portfolio value, and overall financial health. These insights help you understand revenue trends, compare performance across periods, and assess the overall financial strength of your customer relationships. This is your starting point for understanding "how much business are we doing with our customers?"

Example:

  • Track how Current Year Spend compares to Last Year Spend to identify growth or decline trends.

  • The Customer Spend by Year & Period column chart visualizes spending patterns across fiscal periods, revealing seasonal trends.

  • With Active Customers and Total Outstanding Debt, you get immediate visibility into portfolio scale and health.

2. Credit Risk & Financial Exposure Management

Powered by Business Health and Experian integration, these insights help you understand the risk profile of your customer portfolio, identify high-risk accounts, make informed credit decisions, and manage financial exposure before problems escalate.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Customer in Maximum Risk versus Low Risk Customers, giving immediate portfolio risk balance visibility.

  • The Customer Debt by Experian Risk dynamic column chart reveals debt concentration across risk bands from "Above Average" through "Very Low."

  • With Customers Over Credit Limit showing customers exceeding their limit, credit managers can take immediate action.

3. Collections & Cash Flow Management


These insights focus on debt aging, payment behaviour, and cash flow forecasting. Understanding payment patterns and aging trends is crucial for prioritising collection efforts, forecasting cash receipts, and identifying problem accounts early. This group answers "when will we get paid and who needs attention now?"

Example:

  • Your Average Debtor Days indicates payment performance.

  • However, the Aged Debt by Period column chart breaks this down by aging buckets (current, 30, 60, 90+ days), revealing any specific aging issues.

  • The Aged Debt - Anticipated Receipts chart helps forecast when cash will arrive, critical for treasury planning.

4. Account Management & Operational Controls


These insights provide operational visibility into account status, transaction activity, and day-to-day customer management. This group supports customer service, dispute resolution, account reviews, and maintaining healthy trading relationships through proactive monitoring of account suspensions and recent activity.

Example:

  • From Customers On Stop account managers immediately know which relationships need attention to restore trading privileges.

  • The Recent Transactions in past 30 days table provides complete transparency for customer inquiries.

  • The Credit Note Summary might indicate customer satisfaction problems requiring intervention.

5. Customer Segmentation & Strategic Analysis


These advanced analytical views segment customers using multiple dimensions and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis, enabling targeted strategies for different customer groups.

Example:

  • The Customer - Analytics Level 1 pie chart provides your primary customer segmentation with drill-down through Analytics Levels 2, 3, and 4 for progressively deeper analysis. This might segment customers by industry, size, or region.

  • The Sales Value by RFM pie chart enables sales teams to prioritise high-value relationships, identify at-risk customers before they churn, and customise approaches based on customer lifecycle stage.

Sales Pipeline & Growth Opportunities

Integrating ProspectCRM data, these insights help you understand the relationship between current customers and future opportunities, identify growth potential within existing accounts, and forecast future revenue while measuring sales effectiveness.

Example:

  • Your Opportunities Pipeline chart shows Opportunities – Total Value distributed across various sales stages, from prospecting through closing.

  • By viewing opportunities alongside current customer spend and payment behaviour, account managers can prioritise which opportunities to pursue based on customer financial health and growth potential.

Customer Dashboard Drilldown Capabilities

The Customer Dashboard includes intelligent drill-down functionality that allows users to navigate from high-level summary insights to detailed, granular analysis.

Available drilldowns:

  • Click any period on Customer Spend by Year & Period to access detailed transaction data (Invoices & Credit Notes) for that timeframe.

  • Click on Customer - Analytics Level 1 to access detailed transaction data (Invoices & Credit Notes). Navigate from Customer - Analytics Level 1 to Analytics Level 2, 3, and 4 for progressively deeper customer segmentation.

  • Drill through Aged Debt by Period to view Aged Debt Summary, then to Aged Debt Transactions for invoice-level information.

  • Explore Aged Debt - Anticipated Receipts to see Anticipated Receipts (Detail) with expected payment timing.

  • From Customer Debt by Experian Risk, drill into Aged Debt Summary (Aged Debt by Customer with Total Outstanding), then to Customer Details.

  • Click on Outstanding Debt by Experian Risk to view Outstanding Debt by Risk Band.

  • From Customer Portfolio by Experian Risk, access Customer Details for comprehensive customer profiles.

  • Drill through Aged Debt by Experian Risk to view Aged Debt Summary (Aged Debt by Customer with Total Outstanding)
