In the sections below, we will point out to you the key features of the Evolve Suite.

1. Financial Performance & Spend Analytics

Combining cross-module transaction data from Financials and Expense, this group provides comprehensive visibility into supplier spending patterns, helping procurement teams identify strategic supplier relationships and uncover cost-saving opportunities.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Current Year Spend versus Last Year Spend, giving immediate year-over-year performance comparison.

  • The Supplier Spend by Year and Period column chart reveals spending trends and seasonality patterns, helping identify unusual fluctuations.

  • Top Claimants from Expense provide visibility into employee spending with suppliers.

2. Cash Flow & Payables Management

Real-time transaction data and aging analytics deliver working capital intelligence, enabling AP (Accounts Payable) teams to optimise payment timing and maintain healthy supplier relationships.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Payable Amount as a key metric, providing instant visibility into current payment obligations.

  • The Aged Creditor - By Age column chart breaks down payables by aging buckets (30, 60, 90+ days), highlighting where attention is needed.

  • With Overdue Invoices bar chart displaying late payments by supplier, managers can prioritize relationship-critical payments.

3. Expense Claims Processing & Efficiency

Integrated expense workflow data enables finance operations to optimize reimbursement cycles, identify high-value claims requiring scrutiny, and track claim quality metrics.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Average Approval Time metric, providing immediate visibility into processing efficiency.

  • The Count of Pending Claims and Total Pending Claims Value metrics reveal backlog size and associated financial obligation.

  • With Rejected Claims showing quality issues, finance teams can identify training needs or policy clarification requirements.

4. Operational Performance & Activity Tracking

Through real-time transaction monitoring, this group helps operations teams understand transaction volumes, identify seasonal patterns, and ensure consistent operational performance.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Active Suppliers metric, providing visibility into supplier base size and engagement.

  • Expense Processing Funnel bar chart visualizes conversion rates through each processing stage, highlighting where claims drop off or stall.

5. Approval Workflow & Governance

Workflow orchestration data enables finance leadership to identify approval bottlenecks, track approver performance, and maintain audit trail integrity.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Approval Pipeline pie chart, displaying the distribution of claims across approval stages (Pending, Awaiting Approval, Rejected).

  • With Approval Bottlenecks table showing which approval stages or individuals create delays, process improvement teams can take targeted action.

Budget Performance & Variance Analysis

Integrating budget planning and actual spending data, this group enables financial controllers to track spending against budgets and ensure financial discipline.

Example:

  • The dashboard shows Expense Budget Vs Actuals smart chart, providing immediate visual variance analysis.
