When an approval route requires approvers to view claims before approving, a small eye icon appears at the header and detail level. The icon disappears once each detail has been viewed and closed.
In Approval, expand the Claim to be viewed.
Expand the detail line and click View.
Use Save, Close, Approve or Reject to close the detail line.
For Save or Close, the eye icon will no longer show for that detail.
For Approve or Reject, the line will no longer appear in the Approval area.
Once all lines have been viewed, approved, or rejected, the header will no longer show the eye icon.
