Error - 'You have selected 1 item(s) of which 0 have been approved 1 item(s) of the claim have not been viewed, please view all claims before approving.'

Receiving the message when approving is infact not an error, but a warning. As it is stated in the message all claims must first be viewed. It is meant as a safety precaution to not approve unwanted or incorrect expenses.

  1. In Approval expand the claim using the < icon

  2. Then expand the detail line, again using the <

  3. Open the claim via View

  4. It may be necessary to click View again depending on your configuration

  5. Use the Green Approve button to approve the claim and it will process
