The on behalf of options are in the Settings area and require administrator access.
⚠️ Important: All users involved in this process must be active within Access Evo.
Click Settings, then click Users.
Find the user using the Search box in the top right-hand corner.
Click Actions, then click Edit.
Select individual users to enter or approve on behalf of using the lookup boxes, or select the Enter or Approve on behalf of all checkboxes.
Click Save to confirm the changes and close the user record.
The On Behalf Of fields are now available in the Approval and Approval History screens, where you can select the users configured in step 4.
