Please note that all users involved in the process below need to be active within the Evo organisation.

The 'on behalf of' options are found in the Settings area for which administrator access is required. The option can be managed as follows:
In Settings select Users.
Find the user via the Search box in the top right hand corner.
click Actions and choose Edit.
Select individual users to Enter/Approve on behalf of using the lookup boxes, or tick the Enter/Approve on behalf of all boxes.
Click Save to confirm the changes and close the user record.
This will make the 'On Behalf Of' fields available in the Approval and Approval History screens wherein it will be possible to select those users as set in point 4.
