Project and Task fields not visible for some users

If Project and Task fields are not visible for some users the the first step is to check the user's profile on another computer - either by physical log in or impersonation. If the fields are visible then it is likely that there is an environmental or browser setting preventing the display and this should be referred to the IT department.
